About ME

Chrisoula Van Oirschot

Chrisoula started her career as a registered massage therapist in 1999. After 11 years in health care, she switched paths and became an educator. In 2019, Chrisoula started By Meraki and brought together her love of wellness, creativity and education into one. She is passionate about personal growth and wellness, and is highly motivated to help others reach their full potential. Through By Meraki, (Meraki is a Greek word meaning to do something with soul, creativity or love; to put something of yourself into your work), Chrisoula has provided women with opportunities to improve their wellness journey through wellness and accountability coaching, courses, workshops and wellness retreats. In 2021, Chrisoula was asked to bring her passion and knowledge into the coaching world as an accountability and wellness coach. Chrisoula is also a wife, mother, avid runner and adventure seeker. She is passionate about everything she does and is excited to see where the next path will lead.
